By accessing or using the Drafty platform (“Service”), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use our Service.

1. Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)

You agree to use Drafty only for lawful, ethical, and intended purposes. You must not:

• Upload, distribute, or transmit any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, or defamatory.
• Engage in spamming, phishing, scraping, or automated abuse of our APIs or interfaces.
• Infringe upon intellectual property rights (e.g., upload 3D assets you do not own or license without permission).
• Use the platform to facilitate illegal activities, including but not limited to fraud, malware distribution, or unauthorized access to systems.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, disrupt, or overload our infrastructure (including rendering farms or FormatFlow™ systems).
• Misrepresent your identity or impersonate another person or entity.

Violations of this Acceptable Use Policy may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account, without refund, and potential reporting to legal authorities.

2. Account Responsibility

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

3. Intellectual Property

All content you upload remains your property, but by submitting it to Drafty, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, process, and display it solely to provide our services (e.g., rendering, marketplace listing). Drafty’s technology (including FormatFlow™, UI, and software) is protected by copyright and may not be copied or reverse-engineered.

4. Fees & Payments

Services such as rendering or custom design are subject to fees as described on our Pricing page. You agree to pay all charges incurred through your account. Prices are in USD and may change with 30 days’ notice.

5. Limitation of Liability

Drafty provides its services “as is.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Drafty shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in abusive behavior, or pose security risks—without prior notice.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. The “Last updated” date above will reflect revisions.
